SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description:

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and benefit-related updates to customers who have interacted with Pulse 365 Wellness through our website at https://www.gopulse365.com, or through our scheduling and contact forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in consent is collected via online web forms that include a dedicated checkbox confirming SMS consent, in accordance with TCPA and CTIA compliance requirements.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Scheduling or rescheduling updates

Insurance benefit verification updates

Service-related notices and support messages

Occasional promotional information (only with separate, explicit consent)

We do not send SMS messages without a clear, affirmative opt-in action by the user.


2. Cancellation Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages.

Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you rejoin the program.

To rejoin, you can opt-in again through our website or consent forms, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

All opt-out requests are processed automatically and immediately, but may take up to 24 hours to take full effect in all systems.

6. Supported Carriers:

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers.

Participation is available only to subscribers of supported carriers with text-enabled devices.


7. Age Restriction:

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in or consent to our SMS program.

If you are under 18, you may not opt in to SMS communications from Pulse 365 Wellness.
